Good to know
Do I need a server or any tech skills?
No. NeonSpace runs on a normal Windows 10 or 11 PC, such as a family or gaming PC, and the installer asks a few yes/no questions. If you already have a home server (Linux or Proxmox), there's a one-line install for that too.
Will it slow down my PC or my games?
No. It checks your network quietly in the background and uses very little of your computer.
Does my information leave my house?
Your device list, names and history stay on your own PC. NeonSpace only contacts outside services for things you turn on, like the weather for your city. If you use NeonSpace AI, your question and a short summary of your network are sent to answer it, and you can see that exact text with the 🔒 button. Chats are not saved. Details.
Can the AI change things on my network by itself?
Never by itself. It can only suggest changes from a list your own dashboard offers, like restarting a stuck app. Nothing happens until you approve it twice, and then your dashboard carries it out on your own computer. On Pro Lite the AI looks and explains; making changes for you is part of Pro.
Is it safe for kids?
Kids mode has no settings and no camera pictures, just the space map, the game, the quiz and the sky. Settings and anything that changes your computers are behind your PIN.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your receipt email. You keep your plan until the end of the month (or year) you paid for, and the free dashboard keeps working forever.
